This Privacy Policy describes how the BrainBench mobile application ("BrainBench", "the app", "we", "us", or "our") handles your information. By installing or using BrainBench, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
BrainBench does not collect any personally identifiable information. We do not ask you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, email address, phone number, or location. The app does not include analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party data-collection software.
To make the app useful, BrainBench saves a small amount of gameplay data locally on your device only, using your device's standard app storage:
This information never leaves your device. It is not uploaded to us or to any server, and it is not accessible to us or to any third party. You can erase it at any time using the "Reset all stats" button on the Stats screen, or by uninstalling the app.
BrainBench does not require an internet connection to function and does not send any of your data over the internet.
BrainBench may use your device's vibration / haptic feedback to enhance gameplay. This does not involve collecting or storing any information about you.
BrainBench is suitable for a general audience. Because the app does not collect any personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the relevant age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information, please contact us — though, by design, the app stores no such information.
The app itself does not integrate third-party services that collect your data. If you download BrainBench from the Google Play Store, your use of the store is governed by Google's own privacy policy, which we do not control.
Because all data stays on your device and is never transmitted, the security of that data is governed by your device's own security (such as your screen lock and operating system protections).
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
